When playing games your graphic card won't perform on maximum possible performances (won't be utilized to the maximum), because you processor won't process and deliver data. You'd need at least zen 2. Black ops cold war2:30 cy.

Check out can amd ryzen 5 2600 & nvidia geforce rtx 2070 super run specific games. Will a ryzen 5 with a rtx 2070 super cause any bottleneck? At the moment i'm gaming only at 60 fps until i decide to buy a 144hz monitor.
I Wouldn't Recommend Pairing A 2600 With A 3070.
Any aaa game though, you’re not getting near that with a 2600 and 2060 super at max settings, even at normal settings it’s not gonna. I7 2600 + rtx 2070 so im thinking about getting an rtx 2070 to upgrade from my gtx 1650, of course ill need a new psu but my cpu and motherboard is my main issue. This configuration has 12.7% of processor bottleneck.
